Tony provided an amazing service, and was a joy to work with! His report was extremely detailed and he provided excellent photos to go with every aspect of his report. Nothing was overcomplicated, and he made sure to explain everything so that my spouse and I could understand each part of the inspection very clearly. I would recommend him to anyone!!!

Tony is a very nice guy, but he missed a very important detail about our home. Our plumbing system, built in the 80's, is made of Poly-B pipe. If you look this up, the pipe is prone to failing and has been subject to countless lawsuits. It is no longer used and should be replaced. Tony misidentified our plumbing as PEX, which is new standard, but inaccurate. We recently had a pipe burst, and only then became aware of this ticking timebomb. Just a warning should you decide to use Tony, please ask him to double check the plumbing system to ensure you don't have Poly-B. I asked Tony for input prior to posting this, but he only sent me a checklist that actually references Poly-B piping.
Tony came out to look at a few issues I had identified in a recent home purchase and was super thorough and helpful in his explanations and recommendations. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him for an unbiased and comprehensive assessment/inspection. Thank you Tony!
I had never been through a home inspection before but I felt really comfortable with Tony. He explained everything thoroughly and took the time to show me parts of a house I had never seen before. I highly recommend Tony as an inspector. He was very personable and professional. We are living out of province and used Tony to inspect two cottages on a vacation property we were purchasing. There was a very tight timeline and Tony was onsite on time; provided excellent detail, had a summary call as he was completing and have a very detailed report with pictures available that night.
Tony was simply outstanding. He was incredibly thorough and professional in every sense yet was always able to communicate with us in terms we could understand as first time home buyers. He explained everything to us and prioritized things for us as well. His detailed report was truly fantastic. It was easy to understand and included many pictures of our home so we knew exactly what he was referring to. We really loved when he told us that the relationship did not end after the inspection was over and that we could call him anytime in the future if we had questions about anything. Tony took the time to explain everything as he did our home inspection. He was very thorough and provided a detailed inspection report 24 hours later. He also runs a report to ensure there are no recalls on any of your appliances which I did not expect! Tony has a great personality and I would highly recommend him.
