Today my family spent all day looking at phones at different places and this one offered the best price and quality. You will not get a better deal elsewhere! Also, customer service is great; Tyrell was knowledgeable and extremely patient with my family. I don't usually leave reviews but we had a great experience!

Great friendly service! I cannot remember their names but it was the staff from March 16/2021 @ 6:30-7:00pm .. we felt awful when we realised we came in right before close but they never made a big deal of it and never rushed us out the door. They went above and beyond, even took the extra step to add our screen protectors on our new phones (by this time it was well beyond closing time) as well as checking a promotion that may or may not have expired .. it did not expire and I got a free google hub . Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at WIRELESS WAVE in mic mac mall (Dartmouth NS) - we are very impressed with your outstanding customer service! We will be recommending to all!!

Simran was our Customer service agent today. She was fantastic. She went over the top explaining everything to us helping us through all of the ins and outs of the phones and was tremendous. But highly recommend her for anybody I need to go to see. Will definitely be switching the rest of our business to virgin shortly.

Simmy and Abu were wonderful this evening helping my parents and I upgrade to our new phones. They stayed an hour after closing to make sure we were taken care of and happy before we left. Highly recommend seeing them for your phone needs !
