Really bad experience with this company, appalling customer service until I reached the top manager. Went through tow really rude women to get there. Terms and conditions not explained fully. Did not get the van I actually booked and ended up on the day with a much larger truck. Driving along small Cornish county lanes, I got a scratch. Even if I had bought extra insurance, it still would not have covered it as as they are not able to insure anything above the top of the window. Anyway, the scratch cost just over 650 in the end. They decided they needed to 'repaint' the whole side of the truck, and charged me for 'sign writing' even though the mark was not on any of the vinyl lettering. They took my deposit and then using my credit card details, they just took the rest of the money for damages with no communication whatsoever. Be really careful renting from this company. I would NOT recommend.

Very friendly, informative. Good choice of modern vehicles (I drove a 2 year old Volkswagen turbo diesel). Good price. Easy to get to and plenty of free parking if you want to leave your car
