I got worried due to the negative comments but I still went there, anyway. I can confirm there is a huge improvement. I took my medical exam here for pre employment. I waited in line at 6am and there's already a queue. So better come early. I finished around 10am.The woman at the desk helped me immediately when they experienced technical issues such as my queue number was skipped on the screen. Doctors are nice. I asked the guard for help as well. I feel comfortable. (I used to have my medical checkup in Hi-Precision, Manila)

Poor patient service, told the guy at info that im a diabetic and would be hypo im a few minutes but he just ignore my concern, this branch dont care with the safety of the patient, i felt i am about to collapsed, no prioratization for ill patient, i will never go back at hi precision salitran, ill rate them at ZERO STAR!!!!

Number cannot be reached . I have tried several times in Dec 2020 to contact the mobile number listed in this page to check for RT-PCR test . Today Jan 07, 2021 , still number cannot be reached . I need to inquire /secure schedule for Lab test . Very frustrating .

Hi-Precision would have been a great alternative to other diagnostic clinics and hospitals but they need to streamline and hasten their system. It took me all of morning for the usual blood tests and there are barely 20 patients. Else, they have great nurses and technicians.

Have tried 2 branches already. Wait is long when there are a lot of patients but it would be faster if the staff will not take their time. Tried the 2-d echo but got called back twice to redo the tests given. Restrooms are ok. They have online service so you could check the results in a few days but you need to call and follow up if you don't get yours after a day.

the blood count result takes 4 hours to get not so bad at all cause they have online result

The experience was OK. Not stellar but not completely freaking horrible. I waited for 30 minutes as a walk-in after I paid (only got to wait for 30 seconds before a clerk at the front desk flagged me down for a test I wanted run). The wait was for blood extraction. Painless but the phlebotomy was questionable since the lady wanted to keep pressing down on my already BIG SUPERFICIAL VEIN. Not very conspicuous, my vein. Can't miss it. Got my results the following morning via online.
