This was a very efficient, professional service. Data Recovery Lab were quick to recover the data and transfer it onto another external HD that I'd sent them. This was quite an expensive way to discover that external HDs don't last forever! However, Data Recovery Lab are by no means the most expensive out there, and most importantly they charge what they say on the original quote (no hidden extras as I've heard about from some other companies). So altogether a good experience. and if you do find your external HD suddenly stops working, I'd certainly recommend this company.

Not professional. Do not waste your time and money
Definitely recommend Data Recovery Lab. They fixed an old Seagate hard drive that I had within a matter of days, other companies weren't able to do so. They provided me with an update at each stage of the process.
