Great hassle free experience! Car was very clean and looked like new. Communication was friendly and quick. They delivered the car to our hotel and we dropped it off to Tagbilaran port free of charge. I definately recommend U-Drive Bohol.

Beware. One day is 8h at U-Drive ! No other T&C published (payment / deposit / insurance / docs required, etc). Poor communication.

Hat alles gepasst. Über das Internet gebucht, pünktlich von der Fähre abgeholt und die Autoübergabe reibungslos. Auto war technisch und optisch in Ordnung. Preis war akzeptabel. Beim nächsten Mal wieder!!
Agence pas professionnelle. Nous avons réserver une voiture, nous avons reçu la confirmation, et le jour J après 20min a attendre, qu’on nous récupère, nous nous sommes décidé à appeler l’agence. Celle ci nous a envoyer un texto pour nous dire que la voiture n’était à son dispo aujourd’hui, qu’elle n’en avait pas d’autres dispo, et qu’ils annulaient la réservation. Pourquoi ne pas prévenir la veille ou le matin même que vous n’avez pas de voiture et laisser vos clients attendre ????! Une journée perdue. Merci! A fuuiiiir !!! Not a good agency. We have rent a car, We have received the confirmation, and D-Day, after 20 min to wait for pick up, We called the agency. They send to us a texto, they have no car available today. And they don’t have an other, and they Want to cancel the réservation. why do not you warn your customers the day before or the morning even That you don’t have any car. Your customers is waiting. One day lost. Thanks ! Do not rent with them
