The negotiator my flatmate and I dealt with, Eden, was really helpful at every point and answered all our questions quickly and comprehensively- since my flatmate and I were first time renters this was very reassuring. Very positive experience overall and the flat is lovely!

I have stayed in a flat that Dauntons manage for 2 years; overall it was ok with the agency BUT only once bad incident marked my memory. While we did not receive one single notification out of nowhere some workers started installing scaffolding in the entire building that our flat is in. We only found out later after calling the agency that there was going to be works carried out for the period of 4(!) months. Luckily it was the period that we were moving out, but not only they did not request our consent for the works that needed to be carried out(as the law requires) one particular employee had the nerve to not agree that they had to notify us for these works. It is this behavior that forces me to leave a bad review. Other than the above incident, everything else was alright, the deposit was received on time and any maintenance to be carried out was done in a timely manner.
