These doctors are very rude reception staff are unbelievable rude I had appointment with nurse she was also so rude never made me feel comfortable one bit. Just moved into area so new to the doctors already considering changing doctors. They need advise on how to make people feel comfortable..........

This surgery is horrendous. Young doctors in particular are arrogant and dismissive. Better service at St Johns.

This is for the surgery not a specific doctor. Been with them for 8 years but I've had enough of their inflexibility and will be moving surgeries. Near impossible to get through only to be told you can't book an appointment unless a doctor calls you. My daughter moved to St. John's last year and it's like night and day. Never had an issue with the doctorshere, however reception staff are the usual bolshy unhelpful types.
