Very happy with safety precautions in place. I order tickets and snacks online. Scan phone when we arrive. Snacks delivered to our seats. I get to pick seats. Once seats are selected, 2 seats on either side or blocked off. Theater clean. Restrooms clean.

Don’t send your teenage kids here to watch movies. My son and his friend (who is African American) have gone to watch movies here many times and never had any issues. Tonight they go and encounter a manager that claimed they were movie hoping, this is after this manager told them to sit on a bench to wait for their showing. Once they entered into the theater my sons friends mom called and a couple decided to tell a worker they were playing music! My sons friend tried to explain it was his ringtone and the movie hadn’t even started yet. This manager said he didn’t want to hear it and kicked them out. My daughter had to go back in to get a refund for the movie. Then the manager claimed the boys were running around around the building, and had been being disruptive. Why not kick them out the moment that happened? Because it didn’t happen! My sons friend asked the manager if he could speak and he said NO! My daughter( who is an adult) said she couldn’t believe the disrespect from this manager and how unprofessional he was when she was trying to speak to him. I don’t know what his problem was but if you don’t want to work in hospitality, then don’t!!!! Let me add my son and his friend go to this theater 3-4 times a month and have for awhile now. They have never had any issues until tonight.
Then Cinemark IMAX is one of the greatest theaters I've been to. With the arcade in the building I felt like a kid again. The popcorn was very good, and I couldn't get enough. I will forever remember this theater. I am already planning a time to go back. Everyone was very friendly and inclusive as well as knowledgeable. I want to thank the staff for making my experience worth the 45 min trip.
Only 2 people working concessions on a Friday night while another person I'm assuming to be the manager blandly looks on. We stood in line forever. The only good thing I can say is that the young man who waited on us was as nice as could be. They really need to hire some help.
Fyi I have bad English sorry but the movie theater was great. Where I see movie they don't have nice recliners that go back, let alone recliners. Plus they show older classic movies! Reasonable priced as well and my book worth few extra bucks for the seats alone lol trust me I'm cheap so that's saying something.
