Had a on going issue with ford in regards to a fault on my car. The repair was very expensive and i spoke to a lady called Nicola who i believe works in conjunction with the customer relation department. She really helped me alot to have my issue resolved. She saved me alot of money and the stress too. Although it took a while i cant fault my final outcome. Thankyou Nicola at Daventry :)
Small (and a little bit shabby looking), but good and efficient service. The video report was also well done and informative.
