Lazy gatehouse staff. Always have to wait almost 1 hour to get in because gatehouse man disappeared or having one hour brake. Madness. Worst site ever.

Its a very old site that has not had the slightest amount of regeneration. The staff are helpfull and freindly. Although they make the drivers drop the trailer on the bay and wait outside witch causes congestion.

Staff is very helpful, calm, polite. Driver facilities are excellent. No pressure for hgv drivers to drop or collect trailer on site.

Not soo busy as the rest of the warehouses but for God sake teach those guys at gh how to handle a tc56 and how to work with the check inn and out system. 35 minutes on check inn and asked the same questions 3 times.
