Awful customer service Called to make an order today for Lombardini filters and the woman I spoke to was so impatient and rude. I work in customer service and I wouldn't dream of being like that with a potential customer. Shocking customer service and I hope I don't have to call for anything again.

Bryco sadly use couriers who are unable to deliver parts promptly, at least to Ireland. The part is now a full 24 hours overdue! God knows if it will ever arrive. Bryco need to review the efficiency of the couriers the use as they are part of Bryco's service.

All friendly and efficient staff - had a smokey Lombardini Pressure Washer, I watched while they thoroughly tested, fixed and serviced it in 1.5 hours, well worth the 75 mile and 2 hour journey. VERY Happy indeed.
