Pure service. They ask driver to drop trailer, leave the site and don’t offer parking with toilets or any other facilities. If I bring you some staff and you keep my trailer, you must provide some basic condition for drivers while they offloading.

-Toilet wasn't up for any standard, - If you don't understand their hard English accent they'll ask you your country in case they have someone around who speak your main language. But sorry, I'm fluent in English, we are in England why don't bring someone who speaks better English to attend me instead ... I found that a bit of a joke and a bit rude, I'm not the problem.. you are the problem ... nothing serious though... Just a joke... But that toilet .. please do something with that toilet
