Well let's see... I called to find out if they work on pressure washers, was told they do. I was told their hourly rate and although higher than most, decided to go here based on how soon they could complete the work. Originally the gas washer wouldn't start, even though had fuel in with stabilizer it was 2 years since running. The fuel was emptied and fresh poured in by me, but still couldn't get to start. These facts were ALL I told Skip over the phone and in person upon drop-off. A little over a week went by so I called to see if it was done. Was told by Skip that they cleaned out the carb, soaked in acid bath, and that it still hunts at idle, that I should look at a new carb. I was charged, I thought, 145 for just this, and a new carb was mentioned AFTER work was done?! He also said he left a message on my voicemail, not true. So I arrive and ask Skip, again, do you call for any authorization for work? Was told NO. I didn't reply to this as it would just be an argument. Well, I get home, and have a look at the receipt. It states a tune-up was performed, which was NEVER discussed nor authorized! To add insult to injury, this tune-up included an oil change. There's a big sticker on the engine saying NOT to change the oil, just add as needed!! So I say they are unethical, and should be avoided. They'll pad the bill any way they can. As for COVID, they also weren't seen wearing masks behind the counter, only when taking and delivering the washer to my vehicle, which was odd to say the least. Anyway, you've been warned!

Great little place has a lot of great used parts sells a lot of good brand new snow blowers and mowers The only thing I don't like is the owner is kind of got an attitude issue and can be rude at times too snooty
