Our association has utilized the services of Dave Klein's management company for almost 7 years. We were a new condominium development when they came in to work with us. His team guided us on setting up our association including identifying key issues that we needed to address. Their support had been fabulous. Throughout the 7 years they have always been there for us regardless of how big or small the issue. I would strongly recommend DKR as a management company.

My experiences with DAK Real Estate span that of residential tenant (for an HOA they manage) and Commercial client (for office space in building owned and operated by DAK RE). When the HoA management company is also a real estate agency and they send residents unsolicited mail asking you to use them to sell your home, so cringy! I never gave them permission to use my information for advertising purposes. Stop sending me ads, stick to the yearly statements about the status of the HoA.
