Just fired him this morning. I can not express this enough you are better off representing yourself then to go to this man. Beyond unprofessional. Calls me until 11pm the night before my court hearing asking about things we already discussed. Went into family court and he sat an did nothing as I was railroaded. He could careless if you win or lose because he’s getting paid regardless. Tells me for two month he’s going to file for a reconsideration then tells me oh we really can’t do that I apologize for telling you we can. Complete disarray in his office every time I was there would take him 20 minutes to find my files. Was late for a meeting that he scheduled to meet with me. Never returns calls or emails you have to borderline harass him to get answers. I will be filing a complaint with the Bar association against him

My experience was a complete nightmare! I will never refer anyone to this office. After paying for services, it took over five months to get the papers filed and almost a year to finalize the divorce, to then find out I have to go back because the attorney did not request for the return of my last name. I filled out papers four times for the return of my maiden name to receive my divorce decree and it’s not listed!! Divorce is hard enough but my process with the attorney was heartbreaking!! I pray God helps them become better in this profession because the hurt of divorce is hard enough on families!!

Mr. Stoddard is a blessing. Ive had problems getting my divorce and one phone call to him and a meeting he got my hopes up to getting my divorce finally. He has really helped me and is an answered prayer. I recommend him 1000 times and more. Thanks for all you have done Mr. Stoddard.

He DOES NOT RETURN PHONE, MISSPELLS YOUR NAME ON PAPERWORK. DOES NOT FILE PAPERWORK ON TIME FOR YOUR CASE AND ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR AND STILL NO DIVORCE!!!

As of right now, as someone said above he has not returned any calls. He went to court blind sided. He didn't even know when the court date was until we told him it is tomorrow. Needless to say he showed up at court not knowing the first thing about our case. So it has been taken to another level don't know if he has done his part on getting the next level ready. He makes easy money just to sit there. If there is any good he has done we have yet to see it. He is making our case worse instead of better at this point. If things where to change for the better I will definitely give better feedback. As of right now we are worse off than we were before we paid for him. I most definitely hope he makes a 360 on our case so I can come back and really brag about it. But so far we have been very disappointed. Really hoping it has all just been a bad start for a wonderful ending. Will keep everyone posted on turn of events. We are current with him as of now.

Left my disability case sitting on the desk for a year causing me to lose years of fighting for my disability and his excuse was he got my case mixed up with someone else! Called for months and left tons of messages with rude assistant and still no call backs..Very unorganized and unprofessional! He only called me the night before my first hearing up until 11pm trying to get everything done just hours before my hearing and he still showed up thinking I was another case...very unprofessional!
