FANTASTIC SERVICE! I recently moved abroad &, owing to lock-down, I ran out of contact lenses. I emailed the store directly & David responded immediately. They had my prescription on file and shipped me 6 months supply within 4 days. I was so impressed that I have re-ordered lenses through them this month.

Rudest staff in whole of Berko. The staff member let me in although it said appointment only, she huffed and puffed and made me feel like an inconvenience telling me to hurry up as there is another customer coming in soon. I’ll take my cash elsewhere and tell everyone I know to avoid this place. In response to your message, I would suggest I was very fair as I shouldn’t have been let in if this is your policy. Your shop has more space then the other opticians in Berkhamsted and I have been able to browse with helpful staff throughout. I fully appreciate the COVID situation we are all facing, however there is never any excuse for being rude and making someone feel totally uncomfortable when trying to find a pair of glasses.
