My review is specifically on Service Advisor, Juan Guerra. Dealing with Juan has been an excellent customer experience and frankly the best I have had at this dealership. Juan is professional, friendly, dependable and took care of my needs on time. He has taken the time and care to explain the service provided and answered all questions completely. He’s really great. Maserati is lucky to have him!

The absolute best car dealership EVER!!! I just purchased my new car from Rick Case Maserati and I love it. Karl was excellent in helping me find the best car and price. Fred was very nice as he helped make the deal smooth and easy. Sergio was great with the financing and paperwork. They are very patient, attentive, & helpful, and by far, the best customer service you can find at a car dealership. Go see Karl at Rick Case Maserati. I highly recommend them!

I just brought my Maserati Ghibli for its first annual service since buying the car, and I am appalled by so many things... first off, they wanted to charge me 3,000 just for basic service (which is a pretty penny for an oil change!) plus they wanted to add new tires, new brakes, and a separate alignment fee (the latter alone is 400) for a total of over 6,000. That's the down payment for another car! I wasn't even driving the car, due to the pandemic, so I haven't even touched the 10k mileage to need service - it was just that it's been a year since buying. Secondly, they did not offer me coffee or anything, and I have been to Infiniti, Lexus, and BMW service areas and they offer you so much! Lastly, to add injury to insult, they did not provide a loaner... they brought me over to Enterprise car rental to get a DODGE, which I also had to provide \hold\ money while renting it. The gentleman after me who was also waiting for a rental, commented that he couldn't believe we give in our Maseratis for service and end up with a Dodge (no offense to Dodge, just saying). I love my Maserati, but I am very, very disappointed with this. I would have rethought my purchase a year ago, if I knew this was going to happen at service. I miss the sales person who was there a year ago when I purchased, because they seemed to care about the customer, but now it's a different story. Rick Case would turn in his grave... I doubt he planned for this to be his legacy.

2018 Paid 80K for a Maserati at Rick Case and every time there is an issue with the car and try to get ANY customer service it is PAINFUL. Going in for warranty issues Rick Case conveniently cannot find my warranty info and try to tell us we don't have any. a month back a warning light came on when we were in Naples so we pulled in there to the Maserati dealership and received top notch service. (and didn't even buy the car from them) Amazingly with nothing more than a name and V.I.N number they pointed out we have not only warranty, but an additional extended warranty. Bottom line, A few days later, Naples Maserati repaired the faulty part and off we were. (no money spent) Last issue was 2/2/2021 Rick Case tried to charge me 112. to change a CR2032 battery in 2 key fobs. After a bit more research we were told by the sales rep in Naples Maserati, they will change the battery for FREE as a customer service. (There have been many other disappointing service issues from Rick Case, and sadly NONE that were favorably) My next Maserati will be from Naples Maserati, (they treat you well! AND they are only 90 minutes away) Love the car, hate the Rick Case dealer!
