I don't write reviews at all, but this was hands down the worst experience I've probably ever had at a medical facility. The woman who did my x-rays was beyond impatient and extremely snappy and rude - she gave confusing instructions, then got irritated when I couldn't understand what she wanted. She should not be working in medicine. It was a Sunday with nobody there and it took about 1.5 hours to finish up.

Sleeping Whiskey

The staff was helpful and polite. I was there right when they opened with another person ahead of me. The wait was about 25 minutes and when they called me back they were helpful and efficient. I was there for maybe 45 minutes in total. Not bad for urgent care.

Service quick, staff very friendly and set up to be COVID safe. Radiologist is great. I actually prefer urgent care to my primary care place!
