My mom raves about this place and so a couple of times I drove her here when visiting her from southern California. She loves the prices. The place is clean, has a variety of items to keep her interested, and the staff is nice. That's good enough for me.

I find so many random health foods here! Cauliflower flour? Collagen Gardein vegetarian meals Keto meals! Keto and vegan ice creams ! And nearly all at a fraction of what you pay at other retailers.. I’ve also never seen anything with a bad expiration date! - maybe that’s me being lucky The store is generally clean, I’m normally in there early mornings, it seems quiet at this time and the staff are super friendly and chatty at the checkouts Re Covid I’ve never seen employees without masks, and I love that they have a sign just inside the door reminding people if they’re sick, stay home (:

You never know exactly what you are going to find as there is a revolving door of products but it never disappoints. There are fantastic deals every time I go. Chevre cheese marked down to 2.99 a STEAL! Produce might be worth examining a bit closer than you usually would but hey, if you are going to eat it soon, freeze it, process it, blend it - getting it from here is as good a place as any! You will be bread products, canned goods, vitamins and even a gift section. The staff is efficient and the place is stocked an clean.

Best prices you will find on food. Stock changes often, grab it when you see it. Great wine section and price with beer from all over. Not a topical store but the money i save on ever day brand name goods blows my mined. Always lost of people so go early if you can or late night. I save on average 50 percent on my food. It just has to be there when i come..
