Just ordered a 6 pack online, i've always loved this place. Cookies were good but a few of the cookies were wrong. Not only this but a few of the cookies were undercooked, doughy in the middle. (Got all 6, just not the ones I wanted) Also, just an overall problem, price is a bit crazy never understood why it was so expensive...

I've only been to the Davis location and I love it here. Everytime I've gone the employees are very polite and friendly. Just bought these for my cousins birthday and he loved them. The cookies are always fresh and soft. Best cookies ever!!
My bf and I decided to try this place out for our anniversary and it was a complete disappointment. The service was absolutely terrible. I joyfully said hello to the girl at the counter only for her to ignore me and walk away. Another guy came up to the counter to take our order and it was apparent he was not at all in a good mood either. Working customer service requires you to be a respectful person, at least fake a smile... C'mon. For the food, we ordered deluxe cookie sandwiches and they were not good. The cookies were hard and flavorless and the ice cream was just avg ice cream. What makes it worse was that it was almost 20! I do not recommend coming here. Go somewhere where you feel welcomed and where you'll get quality dessert for a reasonable price.
Very unfriendly staff and the cookies were underdone, oily and mushy. I ordered a six pack of six different cookies and only one cookie (white chocolate macadamia) was cooked properly and is the only reason for the stars. Unfortunate experience for the price. Will not be returning.
Had no idea insomnia cookies was this delicious!!! And it was an adorable shop. The aroma of freshly baked cookies is wafting around the whole block :-) we popped in to have a few cookies after my moms birthday dinner . CHOCOLATE MINT COOKIE & MACADAMIA WHITE CHOCOLATE : Delicious, super soft & chewy! The chocolate chips were melting every bite _ . Definitely give it a try

I ordered 6 cookies tonight at 9:30 pm. They were just delivered at 12:40 am, after 4 phone calls and multiple excuses. Ultimately what I got delivered was not even the correct order. I was offered a meager apology by the delivery driver, but no refund despite the order being wrong and ridiculously late. Totally aggravating experience!
Horrible costumer service. 4 different people kept telling me different information about my order one lady was even rude and they switched up my order, forgot my ice cream and then took 3 hours to come. Not ordering again be weary. Just go in person if you really want to eat here.
