I have been ordering multiple pizzas through the app for pick-up and it's been great. The customer service on the other hand hasn't been. I understand people have bad days and might be incredibly busy but any type of greeting or talking at any point makes a huge difference. only negative is the customer service. The pizza tastes great every time though :)

Store opens at 11 and I get there shortly after for the entrance to still be locked and the guy working to say he's not having pizzas ready for another 30 minutes. He said he's working alone and busy with whatever else. I understand you may be busy, but the pizza cooks itself. All he had to do was put one in the oven but instead chose give attitude and not provide service. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because every other time I go I don't have any problems and the pizzas usually freshly made
