They have a great piano music selection well sorted by difficulty level which I bought. I was also considering buying a Casio digital keyboard after trying the Yamaha elsewhere but ended not liking the feel of the Casio, the staff were supportive about buying something I like elsewhere. Good service.

I love their music selections for many instruments, but when I took in my instrument for repair, it was bad. They lagged and took over 2 months to fix a simple recorking fix. When I called to ask for my instrument after a month, they claimed that someone must have moved my case, and that was the reason that it wasn't done yet. 35 for recorking, and a service they did not even notify or call me about before doing. They claimed my instrument would be in about 2 weeks, not 2 months. Get your instrument repaired elsewhere.

The staff are very kind and helpful. I haven't had any problems with getting anything here. I would recommend Watermelon Music to musicians of any skill level. They helped me a lot getting my guitar re-strung it was quick and while you wait you can check out all the instruments they have on display

Great experience great customer service at better than competitive prices. I bought an inexpensive used guitar, brought it in to be checked out and a lighter gauge set of strings. I came out with a guitar that looks sound and plays great.
