So I had a couples massage scheduled here for a couple of weeks for valentines day. They called the night before to confirm our appointment, it was confirmed. We pull into the drive way and park. They call to reschedule because they don't have enough masseuses scheduled and apparently never did and was told I should not have been scheduled at this time. They offer nothing but a reschedule and didn't have enough decency to call more than 10 minutes before appointment time. Don't go here. Edit: When the original call took place nothing was offered for the inconvenience other than to be rescheduled for another day because we had other things to do today. The second call where this offer was apparently supposed to take place. The damage had been done. The call wasn't even made until after my review had been posted. I'll be happy to post a screen shot of my call logs to prove this.

I ordered a 79 combo for 1.5 hour which includes body and foot massage and I left 89 in total with tips. However, foot massage is definitely unprofessional, and the body massage just too painful not relaxing. Massage staff was friendly during the session, but customer service by the owner was terrible who did not even look at on you when you asked the detail for different massage types. The most regretting massage ever in my lifetime especially after spending 89.

Not a good experience. I bought a Groupon for this place. Made an appointment for the following weekend. Showed up at my appointment, and told me they didn’t have me scheduled- even thought they had confirmed my appointment when we spoke on the phone. I drove from sac to Davis for this appointment. Extremely disappointed. I cancelled my Groupon and will not be coming back.

Unprofessional! Had the nerve to ask for a tip! I told them a tip is optional! Id tip if their service was good and they weren’t . They also barged into the room as my gf was undressing after I told them to wait!
