Do not go to beth at h&r block in Davison mi She is rude, she was in a hurry, didn't spell my child name right, and she won't correct the right info, even though I gave her all the information she needed, also she kept interrupting me, and I gave them extra to do the guarantee plan, then comes back from them saying my info wasn't correct, she won't pull up my info when I get a hold of her then when I try to explain to her she had a attitude and rushed me off the phone.. I don't recommend her at all.. I couldn't imagne who else had to deal with her.. Ive been going to h&r block for 4 years which should be in the system and no I don't owe anything or back support .. they said my information was incorrect now because of this my stuff is put on hold.. I even asked her to set up an appointment or see if she can try to help me out she refuses too ... I wanted to see if she can also maybe help call irs together to figure out what is truly the problem is.. but she refuses
