100%%%% HANDS DOWN MY NEW OIL SERVICE PLACE !!! GREAT PRICE !! FAST SERVICE AND WOMAN FRIENDLY !!!!! I am ABSOLUTELY AND ENTIRELY GRATEFUL to have found this place this morning. After losing my oil change guys of 20 years, I kept on running into places that took advantage and kept charging me over double of what I have been used to. But after a couple of calls and I’m dire need of an immediate oil change, I spoke with Donald here at Monroe. He was immediately not only friendly, helpful and reassuring, but he got me in within minutes of my call with a comforting and amazing price that I had been used to paying and could actually afford. Thankfully I live within walking distance and am more than willing to pass by the other four oil change facilities to come here. Thanks to Donald and the rest of the courteous, warm and inviting staff, I have now had a wonderful start to what I thought was going to be a worrisome and stressful day. This place truly changed the course of morning and I could not be more appreciative to and again grateful to become their newest and most satisfied customer! Again because it is so important...COMPLETELY 100% WOMAN FRIENDLY ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!! Thanks again to Donald and staff !!!!!

We stopped here during a road trip with a low tire warning that didn't go away after previously checking and adding air to the tires. They took us right away; the tire tech checked all four tire pressures, brought them all to correct pressure and the light went out. They sent us on our way; no charge. This is a very honorable shop that knows how to do business right. I highly recommend them.

Thank you Don and Ryan!!! After investing in new tires from a different facility. I was having continued problems with my left front tire loosing air. After numerous trips to Meijer and the other place to get air, I decided to get a second opinion. Well, I am so happy I did! Monroe Brake & Tire made me an appointment and I could not be happier! Don & Ryan were extremely courteous and the facility was clean! Thank you so very much for being honest!!!!!!
