My husband, son and I and my son’s friend ate at the Aurora last night. All of the food was excellent. I had Beef Tenderloin steak. Absolutely delicious. Others had Brisket or Ribs. Everyone raved about their dinner. The salads were also excellent. Service was top notch and the hosts very friendly as always. Keep up the good work! We’ll be back.

An amazing dinner, great time with service. No doubt the best place for dinner at Dawson city, can't miss it!!

Another fantastic stay on the way up to Yukon's Arctic. Thoughtful, detail oriented, meticulous clean place with high quality food in their Restaurant. Friendly Staff with charm and charisma. The only thing that could be improved is the choice of coffee brand.

The people who run the place are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable. Its quiet there at the moment and the temperature was -35 this morning, so they let everyone check out much later. It was very thoughtful!

The Aurora Inn is a wonderful place to stay. It was spotlessly clean, and the service was excellent. They also have very rigourous COVID-19 rules in place, to ensure that you are safe at all times. I would recommend the Aurora Inn to anyone I know.

One of the few restaurants that the server wears a mask . Great respect for the clients and great food. Thumbs up.

I would love to give this place a better review, but I'm just not able to. My wife and I found the bed far to firm and had a very difficult time sleeping, we stayed in the king suite, maybe other beds/rooms are better. Coming down in the morning I asked if they had a topper or any way to make the bed more comfortable, I was given a curt No. I then inquired about the construction noise starting at 6:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning. First the gentleman corrected me to say they start at 7:30 not 6:30, I had the time zone wrong as it turns out, and then was informed that it was the contract handed out by the city and there was nothing they could do. Again very Curt with no apology or attempt to rectify the situation...When I informed him that we would not like to spend another night, he told me just to let him by 11. We checked out by 9:30, and they refunded our second nights charge which we were not going to be staying for in the first place, they did not offer any remedy for the previous nights bad rest due to uncomfortable bed/early morning construction noise. FYI they charge upfront for your entire stay then second you walk in the door. The owner gave no apology or explanation.she simply professionally and quickly refunded my money for the second night.... Additionally the use of space in the king suite is absurd.... It's a huge room, but the toilet is ridiculously close to the wall, you'll be touching the wall while you sit, and they installed a tiny corner shower in which I had trouble fitting, into an enormous bathroom. On the plus side the place is very cute, and very very clean and well decorated.
