Well at first I was going to give a glowing review of this place. So I'll start with the good: 1. They are the best price you will probably find for a windshield. 2. They are polite and very courteous. 3. They are quick. The bad: 1. About a week after they replaced the windshield the wiper sprayer quit spraying (this was not their fault that I can tell, the Y fitting was cracked between the LH and RH sprayers). No big deal right, I'm an Aircraft Mechanic by trade so I dug into what was wrong. However while I was disassembling the car to find and fix the issue, I found the wiper blade heater that is built into the window was not connected to the car. Now when I say not connected, I mean they just cut the wires off the old windshield and never even bothered to try and connect the new one. Probably because the wire harness did not quite reach the new windshield. Sadly this was because there were a couple of zip ties that restricted the wire harness movement. So I adjusted the length of the wire harness and reconnected the new windshield to the harness. 2. They missed 3 fasteners on the fairing that covers the fresh air intake for the heater/air conditioner. I found them on top of the cabin air filter. I would go back here, but I would definitely Inspect their work before I left the parking lot. Unfortunately the items I found you would not see by just opening the hood. 3 stars!

Good experience. Most economical place i found to have a new windshield installed. They left a couple of trim screws out which I found when I got home. I reinstalled them and everything is fine. Would recommend them for glass replacement but be sure to check everything before you leave. Would use them again without hesitation.
This gentleman did a fantastic job on my windshield. Even after a leak occurred over a year later they fixed it for free. This place has my business forever!
This is the fastest and most friendly place you will find. The employees are extremely positive and helpful. Most times they can get you in immediately and the prices are very reasonable. Been here 4 or 5 times over the years and have always been very satisfied!!!
The service was great. Staff seemed friendly. I was in and out in about an hour which I thought was pretty good. The quote was about 300 less than I expected. The shop is a bit grungy, but it's auto repair so I don't think this really matters. Something that might matter is that the signage is easy to miss. I knew nothing about this shop until I did a Google search. My mind was made up to use Safelite primarily because I knew the name. After my experience here, I won't put any thought in where to go next time I need glass repair. This place wins hands down.
