We have been ordering from here since they opened at least once a week. We had our first mishap the other night. I reached out via email to let them know. Within a 2 hour period I had received 2 email responses from the owner and a voicemail from the manager apologizing profusely and wanting to make things right. This my opinion is impeccable customer service. On top of that I myself am half New Yorker and have always searched for the taste of a true New York pie! Well here it is this is as close to home as I can get and it’s pretty dang close! Order and you WILL order again!!!

Sometimes, you're just driving on Springboro Pike after 7 Showings, and you need a King Sized Payday, A bag of Grippos, a Large Water, and a Bag of Purple Doritios. It's no ones business if you eat it all on the road or not. It's no ones business if Doritos mix with the Caramel Peanut Crunch of a Payday, and the professionals at Brews Drive thru and Pizza are discreet, and do not judge. No one photographed my license plate to make a twitter post about my dietary habits. They are always fast, and always have what you need to make it to your next 8 showings.

Just moved to this part of town and received a mailer. Went online to try to order but couldn’t find a place to order beer, so we called. The man who spoke to us was so rude. When we asked about the size of the 10.99 pizza, he said they didn’t have any 10.99 pizzas. Ok, it says on your online menu that you do, but what sizes do you have? It was like pulling teeth getting answers out of this guy, but we did manage to order some pizza. Yay! For beer, we named a couple brands we like and were told “I’ve never heard of those.” Ok, fair enough, do you have a beer menu online? We can’t find it. “Yeah but we change them all the time and it’s not updated.” Oh, ok, well I see it says y’all deliver beer so what do you have? -silence- Ok, I guess we won’t order beer. Just the pizza then, cool. (We we’re hungry and tired from moving) Nope, this guy was so rude taking our payment info, it was the straw that broke the camels back and we just finally gave up.
