Small but has all the essentials of a library. Plus they offer some free yoga classes on Saturday mornings. They have a summer reading program for school aged kids that is thoughtful. Wish they had more things for kids to do like computers and wish it had more space/things to do in the kids area.

I love the Dayton branch library it had amazing books for everything you can think of and you can go there after school until your parents pick you up like if there's a dance or something

We love the Dayton library! My 3 year old loves the play area here which is great because I am usually here to use the computer and print, so it gives me a minute to think about what I am actually doing while she's entertained. Friendly, smiling staff always and usually not crowded. Gets a little crowded after school but I don't mind because at least the kids are doing something here and not out getting into trouble. We were here a couple weekends ago sitting at the table outside doing a project. The librarian came out and offered us some water and my daughter a goodie bag. My daughter was thrilled and it was very nice of the employee to go out of her way to offer us a refreshment and something fun. Don't forget a cute bookmark as well when you check out your new book!
