WOW!! Amazing!! Words to describe this new apartment and property. From the first time I met the Property Manager Valorie to the day I’m writing this review everything has been great. Any issues I have had were handled quickly and very professionally. It’s been a long time since I lived in an apartment and had to lease so I was a bit skeptical of what to expect. Very quiet and I cannot hear my neighbors at all. Speaking of neighbors everyone I have encountered have been very nice and welcoming. Service and Maintenance guys are fantastic also. Larry and his crew really go above and beyond to make sure things are handled in a timely manner. If you are in the market for an new hip property definitely check out “The Huffman.”

I live in Atlanta and I just accepted a new job offer in Dayton so the first thing I did was look for apartments. Compared to every apartment I checked out online, Fire Blocks District, stood out like a sore thumb and for GREAT reasons! My top priority was quality and location. Fire Blocks exceeds both. And as far as the customer service, it was also unmatched! From day one Valorie answered all of my inquiries in a timely manner and walked me through the tenant process. She left no stone unturned. She even me about the city, the history of Downtown, and where I can find a place to furnish my apartment. I just signed my lease and I truly can't wait to move in. I am so grateful not only to have a beautiful place to stay but also for having an amazing community to be a part of and a prime location in the heart of Downtown Dayton. Before I moved to Atlanta for college I lived in Los Angeles for 12 years. An apartment like this in Downtown Los Angeles would START at 4,500 a month. I never thought living in luxury for such an inexpensive amount was possible. As far as quality, convenience, location, entertainment and overachieving property managers like Valorie, you won't find a better place to lay your head in Dayton, Ohio. I highly recommend Fire Blocks District apartments for students, business professionals and creatives.

Probably the nicest apartments in the city. Staff and management very helpful and professional, and you sure can't beat the location.

We recently moved to the Fire Blocks (Elks specifically) and are absolutely in LOVE with our apartment. Any maintenance needs are taken care of promptly, and Valorie does a great job of helping residents meet each other and build a community. Even with a couple construction hiccups at the beginning, we were accommodated and made to feel at home right away. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about The Huffman Lofts! From my first interaction with Valorie, the property manager, she's been incredibly helpful, highly attentive, and most importantly genuine. I've had property managers in the past who have quit caring once they get a signed lease, but Valorie goes out of her way to ensure her tenants continue to be well taken care of. My apartment itself is both beautiful and functional, and just the right size for me; each one of my guests has commented on loving the inside of these apartments. The location is perfect in the heart of downtown Dayton; walking distance to several popular restaurants and bars, the river, a couple parks, and also nearby the highway for those who commute to another part of Dayton for work like myself. I've had nothing but positive interactions with other tenants I've met, and everyone has been respectful whether that be noise, cleanliness is common spaces, etc. I highly recommend checking out the Huffman Lofts and making them your new home!

Don't expect your landlord to spend 1 minute of her time responding to any complaints..this apartment is nice but the landlord is useless and deceptive..I'd move anywhere else.
