Needed to change the locks on an old house we bought. They came out, realized some knobs/deadbolts were problematic, gave me a list of what knobs and deadbolts to buy, didn't charge for the visit. When they returned all went smoothly, even though some of the old hardware was hard to remove. A beautiful job. He figured out it was cheaper to charge by the hour than per knob and lock, so charged by the hour. Nice guy, professional. I highly recommend.

I want to commend Jay S. for the great work he did in replacing our faulty mailbox lock. He showed up promptly, was very professional, and quickly provided us with a new lock. I will always be using The Flying Locksmiths in the future. The first company I tried took 4 days to replace my lock, and their work was defective.
