Add me to the many \1\ ratings. I know I am a small customer, but I still should be treated professionally. Once I saw the mess of a store, I should have turned around and went elsewhere. Bottom line, I went back many times and could not get confirmation on my window repair. When it was finally repaired, I elected to have it replaced by Lumpkin's. The total cost was nearly 180 dollars which was not quoted to me until it was repaired. AND FINALLY, they installed the storm window and IT NO LONGER FITS and consequently is not effective. He knew what he did and just left it that way. To make it short, RUN, DON'T WALK away from this establishment, especially if you are a small customer.

Would not recommend using this company if you are on any sort of reasonable timeline (a few weeks) or need anything in writing (we did due to the requests of the folks buying our home) and it was an ordeal to get what was needed and to get them to communicate with us. We will happily take our business to other local companies for the work needed on our new home to avoid working with Lumpkin's.

We had a crack in our interior window and in order to fix it they had to break the rest of it. In breaking our interior window they accidentally cracked our outer window. I noticed it after they left but they refused to take responsibility. So now we need to pay double and have double the work done. But we will not be calling Lumpkin again because they are dishonest.
