I recommended John to a friend to get a demand letter served. My experience with John was during service of our demand letter I had to set up the appointment for the guy that was being served and give them the exact location. john subbed it out to someone who delivered it. When I recommended him to my friend I talked with the server and suggested that he set up the appointment because the criminal we were serving would not fall for the same ploy twice . He agreed but in the end he didn’t do that. I also let the server know the criminal was evicted from his place of business and so he might have to be served at a house or somewhere else The server never served the document and my friend got charged 200 She feels like she got ripped off twice - once by the criminal and once by John Gasper . I’m really sorry I recommend them

I would not recommend unless you have all the facts. When I hired this company I was informed 200 fee to serve John Venneman. Most companies I have used in the past would have reached out to me to confirm the date and time they were planning on making the attempt. Instead after being informed John was not there at that building anymore they still went out on. Total waste of time in my 200. Then a week after I hired them and paid on the spot they sent me a bill saying I didn’t didn’t pay. If they would have done their due diligence and connected with one of another John and Paul this probably would not have happened. I am now out 200. I would rather give a person in need the money then be robbed and taken advantage of.
