What a GREAT experience !! Jeff Grimm walked me through the entire process with no pressure , only answers to the 1,000 questions I had . Once I made my purchase my items were delivered , with great care , in 4 days . I ended up buying much more than I had planned as they have accents and each area is set up by a designer so it all fits right into place !! I highly recommend the personal service you receive here and after hitting furniture row Ashley had the best price but most importantly , the best quality and overall selection and experience . THIOS is where you want to start , as it will be where you find what you need easily .

Do not, no matter what, buy from this store. We spent thousands of dollars and have yet to get what we paid for over a month ago. They have now sent the wrong product 3 times to my house and we are going on 4. That's just one of the items we bought. They also sent the wrong mattress and now tell us it will be replaced in 2 months. So we are expected to protect this wrong product for 2 months until the right one gets here. We have nowhere to store it and they won't pick it up. DO NOT SHOP HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This has been an interesting experience. Ordered my furniture in Sept of 2020, over 10k in furniture & I'm still waiting for my dining room. After 6 months my ordered expired & did it again today,, renewed my order is hopes that I get it soon, in 2 weeks time which is when I need it. I'm a calm person but this is getting to me now. Hope they can resolve the issue by Monday or ill have to go somewhere else . So far not happy 4/6/21 Paid for the furniture and I am still waiting to see if I can get in time, otherwise I will have to cancel order and go somewhere else. I do not live in this property and reason why I didn't complained until now because like I said I do not live in the property. Now that I need to use the house I have no table to eat. 6 months I ordered this and it's getting really agravating

aWEsomE saUCe Really great experience y'all!! I shopped around for several months prior to purchase. I was looking for a very specific set, with very specific measurements. This is my huckleberry kid's! Super stoked with the entire situation. This bad boy fits like it was built for the room, and the color is freakin aaaaamazing (I ordered the alloy). Even better was the deliver process. Crazy mad kudos y'all really knocked it outta the park!! In a world of "rona-crazy", from order to delivery, I kid you not, this set was delivered in 5 day's. Ordered on a Monday, chillin like a villain on Friday y'all!! Many thanks, you really make painless, feel painless

We didn't make it past the Concierge. You're lucky to get even one star. Me & my family I guess weren't dressed the part. We were directed to another store. We actually had about 10k to spend in your store. Now we don't have to!
