Kasey made the whole transfer of my numbers and apps painless and he was kind and patient related to dozens of my questions related to my new phone. Best customer service I have experienced ina long time!

My boyfriend broke his phone this morning and unfortunately, we had to make a trip to best buy. We walked in without confidence that we would be able to purchase a phone for him same day. We checked them out, and Ruth was assigned to help us with a credit inquiry for monthly payments. Ruth was extremely kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We both got approved and walked out with new phones, happy, satisfied, and less stressed. She made the process so easy and extremely fast. We were in and out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend coming here, they know their stuff!!

I love Best Buy, but let's be real. Finding someone to help you inside Best Buy is like trying to find a lost family pet. Sure, you put up fliers and bring the subject to attention to others, but good luck getting anyone to call you about the Best Buy employee you lost, and probably could also tell you about your pet.

The Best Buy Geek Squad has the worst customer service ever. The Geek Squad department extension/phone-lines are always busy. You’re unable to handle an issue directly. The communication is poor. I literally had to drop by twice unexpectedly to get updates on my laptop only to find out more issues cropped up that didn’t exist prior to the drop off and repairs. I dropped my laptop off for a battery issue (battery wouldn’t hold a charge) on 1/11/21, however the laptop still worked when plugged in to an outlet. After the Geek Squad ran its diagnostic testing, it was stated that a new battery would fix the issue. I ordered a battery and dropped it off to the Geek Squad. We waited several days for the repair to be completed. We decided to stop in to check on the progress only to find out it wasn’t the battery, and that something else might be the issue. We purchased a new laptop to not invest any additional funds into a laptop that would only work while plugged into an outlet. So, the data transfer was supposed to occur and we would be all set. Nope not the case. I waited an additional three days, stopped in unexpectedly to be informed my laptop won’t turn on. It worked before they swapped/changed the battery. Now, I’m being told to give them two more days to figure out this new unexpected issue. Now, I’m stuck with a laptop that won’t turn on and a new battery. What went wrong while in the possession of the Geek Squad. 1/23/21 still waiting to see if the Geek Squad is capable of repairing the issue created during their repair process.

This was my 3rd visit to this location. Once to buy a refurbished phone. Not the best phone. Also not the fault of Best Buy. Went back was taken very well care of and got a different phone with little to no hassle. Third time went to get a screen protector put on and I can honestly say that this particular location has top notch customer service. Thank you!!!!

Seems this store may be going under or closing soon. Mask mandated. Low staffed. Low quantity of product, no info on restock of product. Doesn't seem to be doing much business. Although, all staff encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. We couldn't buy 2 items we came for. Out of stock, no info upon restocking, was suggested to order online. I truly believe this store will be out of business soon.
