Best Buy told me my MacBook mic was kaput and they, also, did not work on Apple products over 5 years (mine just went over). For a second opinion I called Bit Tek and talked to Jennifer. After I dropped it off, Christian called and said all I needed was a small wire replaced and a cleaning which they did at a reasonable price.. If you have an Apple laptop that needs help I highly recommend them.
