Charles at Daytona Dry Ice was extremely helpful and took so much time to ascertain exactly what my needs were and went above and beyond to ensure that those needs were met. I needed dry ice on a weekly basis to store cold caps for twelve weeks of chemotherapy, and Charles not only set up a charge system so others could pick up the order, he offered to deliver the ice if necessary, and even met us on a holiday to make sure we were taken of! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing dry ice for any reason.
