There is no customer service here. It is very sad because I would love to shop here more but I choose only to buy work pants because of the poor service. Today was my third time in the past two weeks and I was in the store for 20 min shopped around took myself to the dressing room and stood at the front before anyone acknowledged me. There are never friendly staff here, no one greets you or thanks you. Its a terrible shopping experience.

Good sale. Unfortunately I'm not an XS OR S. So \slim\ pickings for me.
My wife and I just visited the Tanger outlet store in Daytona Beach and the experience was horrible after one of the sales associate was rude to my wife. we returned our item and will never return to this store. Furthermore, if this is the customer experience displayed we will gladly cancel our Express credit card. Express needs to train their associates on dealing with customers.
