This office is great. The staff is very caring, helpful, and understanding. Julian Johnson is phenomenal. My wife and I had appointments today with Julian and he took his time with both of us and answered all of our questions and explained everything to us. We would recommend Julian Johnson and his staff highly to anyone who is looking for a great family doctor.

Love the staff and my provider, Dr. Angie Fuller! She’s super nice, attentive, and helps makes you feel comfortable. One thing I absolutely hate about this office is that there is no direct contact to the office, just a call center where you spend 30 minutes on hold. So there’s no calling for a quick last minute appointment, better off at the urgent care or coming in person to schedule, which is inconvenient if you lack transportation. I drove back and forth uselessly to multiple of their locations and wasn’t seen due to lack of communication from them. This needs to be fixed or patients, including myself, and the current 4.1 rating will be lost.

I will not return,the doc prescribed me antibiotics for my hormonal adult acne? My initial visit was for hormonal imbalance & needed to check my levels after an abortion,the last time i took antibiotics was 2014. The doc also said i smelled like pachuli,i asked him what was that? He didn't really know but since i have locs in my hair i remember that statement & insult to ZENDAYA the singer/actress. In fact i had on a body spray feom TARGET!

Okay so because you can’t do multiple stars for different reasons is why I am giving this place only two stars the people the staff the doctors so far have been amazing but the phone system that they have is absolutely horrible the hold time to get through to someone is crazy I have waited up to two hours before and they even have a call back option which I’ve waited on that for over three hours before and when you try and get in touch with the referral department no one ever calls back plus there is no option to contact a nurse if you have an emergency

Love the thoroughness of Dr. Julian! He LISTENS to his patients, and has a great attitude! He is SO very thorough! Its refreshing not having to do our own footwork! This Dr. has gotten more done for me in 6 months than my previous Dr. did in 3 years! He is on the ball and wants the best for his patients! He wants to get them well...not keep them medicated! And the staff here is PHENOMENAL!! Kind and also quite thorough ...these people are personable and kind!! The front desk girls AND the nurses!!
