First let me say this...the receptionist was extremely nice helpful & knowledgeable,so thank her for that. I took my mom here because she was having foot pain foot was swelling also. She was sent home after an x-ray with no other care other than to just suffer. They called and said she had an old injury. She expressed to them that she has never hurt her foot so she immediately made an appointment with a Podiatrist. For a whole week until her new appointment she had to suffer & tough out the pain. Podiatrist declared it fractured & gave her a boot. This is an easy mistake to make. If it looked like an old injury then so be it but what bothered me was how cut and dry, uncaring, & in no way shape or form were they helpful at all. That's not okay!!!

Negligent. I am a Veteran. Had a MI last month and the VA sent to Halifax. FHCP cardiologist was on call and placed stents. Because I am a patient of the VA, FHCP refused my follow up appointment unless I was willing to pay OOP. Couldn't even tell me which artery the stents are in (it's not written on the stent card.) Told me go order my records from Halifax and see my own cardiologist. I get money is a concern and FHCP isn't a VA partner, but your Dr. took the money to do a cardiac procedure on me, the least you could do is allow me to see him once for a follow up. otherwise I should have been handed off to someone who could follow up with me. I haven't included the name of the Dr. as I doubt he even knows when happened when I came for my follow up and was turned away. This is a FHCP policy issue

This Doctor Kirshore is a very incompetent Doctor who has went against all medical ethics, he has caused my father in law to suffer from severe medical conditions, this Doctor will lose his medical license, No family Doctor should be prescribing valium 120 a month, and to discharge a patient from his practice for no reasons, He has touched me inappropriately and under investigation.

The new physician assistant at the walk in clinic is a joke. I can’t believe they would hire someone this inexperience. Went there with a treatable asthmatic problem, and both times i was sent away with no resolve. You can tell this person just got out school. The Indian doctor that was there before was way more efficient. And I would leave her office feeling better. Please bring her back.

Since they began the process that you have to take a number to be waited on, the ladies waiting on you take their sweet time. In more than one visit to pick up prescriptions, only one person was waiting on the waiting customers while the other lady did other things.... It should be noted that the customers come first and other duties should be done when no one is waiting to pick up a prescription. Don't treat us like you are doing us a favor by waiting on us. Picking up a prescription shouldn't be like going to the DMV. FHC needs to have a quality customer service training for their employees.
