We worked with Gary to sample all of the sofas, and sectionals available. Gary was knowledgeable in the products, easily explained the benefits of doing business with Havertys and was patient so we could browse without interruption. Though we have not made a decision yet, we were impressed with the quality of the products and the professional service from Gary and Barbara (the design associate).

I am very pleased with my overall experience at Haverty's. They truly value the customer's experience, and based on my experience, their goal is to not only meet, but to exceed my expectations, which they did. My initial order was scheduled to arrive in 12 weeks. About 6-8 weeks in the deadline was extended another 8 weeks. When i expressed my disappointment at the delay, I was offered an opportunity to reselect another option which I did. That order was delivered within a week. I was overjoyed at getting my new piece of furniture much sooner than anticipated, however, realized upon delivery that there was an issue with the furniture. I immediately contacted customer service and my sales rep, both of whom reassured me that the issue would be resolved, which it was. Less than a week later, I now have my beautiful new piece of furniture, and could not be happier. Thank you, Haverty's, for your ongoing commitment to excellent customer service!
