I feel like you guys should be checking on people that live there more often and where they go to. There is a lady that is at your facility that has been harassing me and Is very demented and and tried breaking in my home this week I have left you guys a voicemail and you should probably return it as soon as possible. I don’t think you guys are really taking into consideration where the people are leaving to to harass people that have life’s and children. This lady should not be leaving this facility and doing all these foul things. I have videos and voicemails as well from this person that lives there this needs to come to a end.

Magnolia Gardens is a beautiful place. I brought my mother there to inquire about an apartment and was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. The place is very clean and well kept.

On Monday, April 23, 2017, the staff and residents at Magnolia Gardens in Daytona Bch, Fla exhibited racist attitudes as soon as we arrived on the premises. A tenant told us the office was closed but it was very much open. Once we went into the office to enquire about leasing...the lady on staff was very reluctant to give us a pamphlet for info. Note: I'm a retiree from Mayo Clinic...therefore, I did expect a pamphlet...also I presented myself as a respectable citizen and was courteous to her. Since I am an African-American, this lady went back into the office without ever giving me a pamphlet. We stood there a long time without assistance....so we just left.
