DO NOT USE MOLLY MAID..First they were late...no confirmed time until the day before...next....the cleaning is substandard. They left dust everywhere..Did not make beds..no baseboards...dusted my ceiling fan into my bed...awful cleaners..and the office staff is horrible to deal with

The maids did a wonderful job for the most part. They did forget to clean my master bathroom toilet which I thought was odd. But overall awesome work and the maids kept in touch with me, were kind and communicated. As for Gloria, terrible customer service. I made and appt they didn't show on time nor did they call to let me know an updated time. I had to call twice to find out when they would arrive. Also the maid quoted me one price at the end of the clean and I was charged another. I contacted the office and Gloria was less then helpful. There are too many cleaning places for them to have bad customer service. I would recommend the maids, but not the company. I was really disappointed in how they handled this. Was thinking of using them for a monthly clean but I will look else where.
