Customer service at this store has gone downhill! Twice now I've gone to this store to ship the same box via FedEx. The first time the service was extremely slow, so much so that I had to leave. The second time the shipping label didn't print and the girl went to service other customers instead of finding out why. I ended up going down the road to Safe Ship in Port Orange.

I love this place. I usually come to drop off my packages that I need to ship out. Anything I need any office supplies I come here. Ask for Sergio if he's working. I purchased an all glad corner desk and he helped me choose what the best one was and have me lots of advice. I defenitly recommend this office depot.
I recently bough a new Lenovo laptop computer from the people over at Office Depot on Nova RD. Unfortunately, with no fault to Office Depot, in the middle of working on it the laptop turned off and would not respond. I have a very demanding job where I help though who are affected by catastrophes from storms such as hurricanes, ice storms, and fire. Without my computer I can not continue helping those people. Sean came to the day. Even though I was under warranty with Lenovo it would have taken up to two weeks to get my laptop back. Sean was able to get me another laptop in store and get me back to work. Because of Sean and his co manager Mas 5 families that day got a roof over their head while the repairs to their homes get done in Louisiana due to the back to back hurricanes. Thank you fellas.
Hard working staff! Fast services, great job everyone
My wife and I came in to get her an office chair on wheels to help her get around. She is in a full leg brace and was using a walker. The sales person found the chair we were looking for but it was out of stock unless we wanted to drive over an hour away. Our salesperson said his supervisor stated we’d have to pay an additional 12 on top of the price because the floor model was put together. When we went to check out, I asked him why this was the case because we’ve never even had to pay full price for a floor mode, much less an increase in price. Our salesperson asked me to please wait and we watch him walk over to Johnny (sp?), the shift supervisor and ask if he could either not charge the increase since it was the only one or if he could give us a military discount since we are military. Johnny was very rude and dismissive to him and said no, he already told him and not to ask again. Then he wouldn’t even look at us as he walked by. He was rude and abrupt and if my wife wasn’t in pain and needing this chair I would have told him to keep it and not given him our business.
We went to purchase a computer last week, and were totally ignored by staff. Ended up at Best Buy purchasing needed computer. Went back today to buy office chair, and weree again ignored. On our way to Staples- Guess Office Depot doesn't want our money.
What I thought was going to be a problem visit turned into me finding a great Office supply store. Joe is a great guy and was so helpful. I never felt rushed and he took the time to answer all my questions.. I walked in dreading what I had to do and left smiling .. Thanks Joe..
Never again. Should have continued shopping at Costco, was a mistake to shop at Office Depot.
