These ladies (and Don)...this store...I’m in love! I will literally go to them with anything I need in the future, and recommend them highly to any other friends/family. They are this good! I was so indecisive, and I took a good hour trying to decide on a diamond necklace. They were there helping me every step of the way. I went to Reed's to exchange something, when walking in I was greeted by both Brittany and her fellow associate. Brittany is the one who helped me pick out the most beautiful piece to wear on my arm, she made me feel welcomed and right at home from the start. Brittany made this exchange worth the drive and was also very knowledgeable with her products. I will be returned in the future, thank you again!

I have to say i had the best experience recently, Tony Day a sales associate at the Volusia mall location, he was very helpful and welcoming, he let me shop and was helpful without being pushy like most jewelry stores sales associate, he made me feel super comfortable made me feel like I’m family, I’m incredibly happy with there attentive costumer service and with my purchase. Highly recommend to go see Tony Day if you need help finding a high quality piece of Jewelry at a great price while treated like family.

Stopped in Reeds Jewelry to find a heart shaped diamond ring that my wife has dreamed of for years. Robert the store manager took time to help me find that ring for her.He spent time teaching me what to look for in a diamond and had a few shipped in overnight for her to select from.
