TERRIBLE COMPANY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY LEGAL MATTERS. THIS LAW FIRM SENT ME A DEMAND LETTER FOR MY HOA WITH A BILL FROM THEM STATING THAT I OWE THEM 400. FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS TO MAIL OUT A LETTER WHICH IS MORE THAN LIKELY A TEMPLATE AND TOOK THEM ALL OF 2 MINUTES TO PRODUCE. WHAT THIS LAW FIRM DOES IS LEGAL ROBBERY, AND SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT IT. THE AMOUNT THAT THEY CHARGED ME DOES NOT FIT. A TWENTY FIVE DOLLAR CHARGE WOULD HAVE BEEN REASONABLE 400 IS QUITE UNREASONABLE AND GREEDY. HOW MANY FAMILIES HAS THIS LAW FIRM STOLEN FROM. THEY SHOULD BE VERY ASHAMED OF THEIR BUSINESS TACTICS, BUT THEY CLEARLY DO NOT HAVE A CONSCIENCE.

The best word to describe this business would be incompetent. They were the title company the seller used for my home purchase and their lack of professionalism is astounding. Where should I begin? They had over 4 months to work on the closing disclosure and they still managed to make major mistakes that delayed our closing. They didn't acknowledge that a mistake was made until the 2 hours before we were set to close, the title agent Pam Clifton chose to notify us of the mistake via email, I called immediately after I received the email and was told that she went to lunch, I asked for her cell phone number and they told me she does not have a cell phone, they actually expected me to believe that! She conveniently also made herself unavailable until the time of our closing appointment. When I arrived they simply said there was a mistake and we can't close on your home today. We could have closed that day, but the title company didn't want to have to pay for their mistake. My loan officer argued to have one of the attorneys come into the conference room and speak with us and they again LIED and told us that none of the attorneys were in the office, after my loan officer began yelling at them for their incompetence eventually one of the attorneys finally entered the room and then proceeded to try to blame me for the mistake on the closing disclosure that his company prepared. I would highly recommend choosing a different company for any of your legal needs.
