The Best business anywhere , ever ! The employees could not be any more sweet, smart and helpful. Hardworking , professional. I just love to go into this place of business. I drive extra far from my home to go into this store over the one near my home because they are so great. They all deserve a raise, and bonus checks !!!

The most amazing staff i have ever dealt with hands down. Everyone that works in this store are great, helpful, polite and very friendly. Even though i the Nova rd UPS store is closer to me, i travel further to this one just for the customer service they provide. Keep up the good work

Great customer service!! I am a full time rv'r and we're staying at the campground 13 miles away. I had my mail forwarded via 2 day ups here and got some items printed. Each time I have been here EVERYONE working here has been very kind, happy, efficient and helpful. They should train everyone at ups on customer service.

I love this store and the people who work there. They are helpful, patient, and efficient, and have a great sense of humor. To me, this store is like an extension of my home office. I'm in there all the time, getting huge amounts of photocopies and/or massive printouts, and/or mailing stuff. They make everything enjoyable, aaaand they're great about finding the cheapest way for me to ship things. Just can't say enough good about them.

It seems that customer service these days is not what is use to be....BUT not with this place, especially Cameron. Long story short. I live in TN and my elderly mother lives in Ormond Beach, FL. I was sending back my mother her Ipad, which she routinely messes up and mails to me to fix it. :) It was sent to the UPS store down the street from her condo. And Cameron without even blinking an eye offered to take it to my Mom on his lunch break! This was HUGE to my mother as she does not drive and her IPAD is her lifeline to see what all of her kids, grandkids and great grandkids are doing via Facebook. So, today Cameron...you were someone's hero and I want you to know how much you are appreciated. Thank you for the bottom of my hear!

I needed prints done for work, I emailed them exactly what I needed and the quantity. I called the next morning make sure they were ready for pick up and not only did they not have them done but they didnt bother to notify me that they didn't have the right size paper in stock so that I could call somewhere else. They completely wasted my time and now I don't have what I need and his excuse was "they probably didn't call you because it was a busy day"
