I just switched and I am extremely happy with my service. I had a little trouble getting my phone to function but Joshua at the mall helped me out quite a bit. He not only got my number moved over from metro but he got my apple info set up. I am very pleased! Thank you!

Received excellent customer service first from Keith at the Ormond Beach location when I stopped in today because my cell phone needed to be replaced. When they didn’t have the phone available that I wanted he called right over to Quinton at the Volusia Mall location to see if that location had one. They did so off I went and Quinton took care of getting me set up and on my way. Thank you to both gentlemen for making this a quick and smooth process!
