Brian came on the same day we called - after finding out we didn’t have any heat, promised he would show up and he did. He didn’t have the part he needed, went to 2 different places and called a number of people to try and find it, worked until 8pm to try to fix the problem. He showed up the next day with everything he needed and made sure to stay until he felt comfortable we were all set. I can’t say enough good things about him and his company. Exactly what you expect from a local small business. Professional, fair and hard-working, but also personable and really kind. I have a very hard time believing the reviews here that say anything negative.. would 10/10 recommend.

after calling several others and being told ot today\ or \maybe in a week\ Called Brian at 8:30 AM with a request for service on not one,but two toilet replacements.....he said he couldn't make any promises,but would TRY to be here around 1 or 1:30.........he arrived much earlier and looked at the job,gave a ough\ estimate of cost and said he would take care of it TODAY........at 2 pm Mike and Trevor arrived and began work.....at 4 pm work was finished,clean up complete and a bill presented which totaled WAY under the ough\ estimate(happy me).....Mike and Trevor were quick,efficient,thorough and very pleasant....I will definitely keep Quality Plumbing phone number and they will be the first I call for any future plumbing needs......Thank you to Brian and your crew......Well Done Sir !!!
BEST plumbing service anyone could EVER ask for! My aunt and uncle had an issue with their tankless hot water heater for several months (four floods) and had another company rip them off for 1600 and never solved the issue. I was visiting and tried to help them find a reputable company. Brian and Mike are OUTSTANDING craftsmen who know their business better that anyone I have ever worked with. After vacation came home to heat not working, Quality plumbing not only got us oil immediately but came out and checked our furnace. Very helpful and kind would recommend!
